Fortenova communicates with CB/DR Holders via the Investors' Website and the Registrar / Voting Portal. Below is a short instruction, for CB/R Holders, may they have any problems regarding access to the Investors' Website or Registrar / Voting Portal.

The Investors' Website that is hosted by Fortenova (https://fortenovagrupa.nl/Identity/Account/Login) contains all financial information, governance documents and CB/DR Holder meeting information in a clear overview. Please contact investors@fortenovagroup.nl if you have any problems regarding access to the Investors' Website or if you want to change the email address used for access to the Investors' Website.

The Registrar / Voting Portal that is hosted by Kroll (https://portal.krollbusinessconnect.com/login) contains information regarding the upcoming sale of Fortenova Group MidCo B.V. and enables DR/CB Holders to cast their vote for CB/DR Holder meetings.
